Unhappy is it siezed?

ok i was driving home and my truck just died. when i turn it over it cranks slow and hard, then every couple trys it makes a deep sueak sound and turns over even worse. battery is fully charged, starter is good, and engine is getting fuel, spark & compression. its a 94 2.2l W/ 187000 miles.im completely stumped and could really use some help!

Put a wrench on the harmonic balancer bolt, and turn the crank to see what you get. This way you know the squeeling isnt coming from the starter or pulley system. Take the serpintine belt of first too.


If it is seized I might be interested in purchasing it.
