2.If us importers have actually want to get anything done we have to open our eyes we can't just make petitions and complain. We (the importers) must beat them at the goverments own game. We can win and still play by the rules. Every Law and regulation has a loophole no matter what it is the Goverment will leave out something thats where We use that to our advantage and we will be able to slip cars in through the loophole in those laws or regulations.
