would you guys recommend coilovers or shocks, and why?

full coilovers have the strut and spring (best). you need struts with sleeve type coilovers (just can't ride on springs). so i don't know if you understand the concept of suspension cuz you worded it kind of funny.

i meant shocks as in like gas adjustable shocks. sorry, i'm sorta stupid.
