Front U-joint

Hello all

Is it hard to replace a front u-joint on a 2002 Ram 1500 4x4? Should I do this myself or pay the dealer $170 plus another $149 for a power steering hose?

65,000 miles, so this is not covered by the remaining 7/70 powertrain warrenty(they claim)

Thanks in advance

Jay

Don't try it if you don't think you can do it. If you mess up you'll only end up paying your dealer more to fix what you screwed up...
