Mine was floating between gears when my TPS (throttle position sensor) was out of adjustment but it also gave me A/T gear ratio errors. Garybaumgartner 12-14-2010, 12:11 AM Hey anyone figure this out? I have a 96 and it's doing that to but its only when its cold. I leave my heat off it has no problems but when its on at all it does it! And when its cold it takes awhile to shift into OD anyways. I just changed the tranny fluid 2 months ago. micky k 12-14-2010, 02:26 PM Hey anyone figure this out? I have a 96 and it's doing that to but its only when its cold. I fixed the problem in mine by disconnecting the gearbox temperature sensor at the computer end. It is a problem with the sensor. Hope this helps Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
