Unhappy I Need Timing Belt Replacement!

My 97' eclipse GST has reached 95k miles and i have never changed my timing belt ASAP. Some weird noise came from the engine when the car is stopped. I've found a list of parts that i need to replace. but i am not sure if this list is correct and complete. Can anyone help me out please?! Thanks a lot guys~

MD972050 Water Pump
MD156604 pulley, Timing Belt Adjuster
MD182537 pulley, Timing Belt Idler
MD192068 pulley, Balance Belt Tensioner
MD308086 Tensioner
MD130032 Tensioner arm
MD326059 belt, valve timing
MD182295 belt, balance shaft
MD310616 belt, Alternator/AC
MD310617 belt, Power Steering

p.s. Is there anything that i need but not listed? and is there anything that i dont' need but listed

No need for the tensioner arm, everything else is good. I didnt check the part numbers, mitsu will be able to do that with your VIN number.

Are you doing the serpentine belt at the same time?

No serpentine belt on a turbo motor.
