Re: VR6 -94 - Enging stops after about 15 min. Starts again after 30 sec...???
Does it stall at idle or does it quit no matter how much gas you give it? If you try to keep it alive does it sputter or die quickly? After it quits will it crank and attempt to start, catch a little or none at all?
It just die no matter of throttle position...
Seams like it does not get spark or fule.
It is completly dead for half a minute or so, then it start's fine without sputtering or coughing....
It might be a electro/temperture combination, a bad connection somewhere maybe?
Since it works just fine after it is started again, and it often stops in places where motor analysis isn't really a good idea (roundabots, freeways, redlights) I haven't checked the plugs just after it has died...

I'm unsure of what self-diagnosis system you might have as I'm in North America & am only familiar with systems here. You can look at some of my posts in the Jetta forum on checking codes for the '94 & '95 OBD-I vehicles we have & see if it looks like it may work for you. If I had to give a guess, I'd suspect you're losing spark and would go after the ignition module or Hall sender unit in the distributor (if applicable).
