wiring problemsjbrine87 03-11-2004, 10:21 PM i got a 87' pathfinder. when i got it, it had lots of problems, from a worn out clutch to non working headlights. i have fixed the clutch, the head lights work, but still cant get the right side turning signals to work. The front signal does work a little, (very, very dimm) but the back one does not seem to work at all. i have replaced all the bulbs, and i have replaced the turn signal lever, (in order to fix the headlights). When i turn on the right turn signal, the car almost dies, because there is such a power drain, but the left turn signals work perfectly. All the connections seem to be good and clean, i dont know what else to do. :banghead: jbrine87 04-01-2004, 08:44 PM i did finally figure out the problem, the wires that are spliced in for my trailer lights, were run near the exhaust, and eventually came down, the insulation wore off some of the wires and was causing i them to ground out. a few new wires and the problem is fixed Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
