i forgot to mention in my last post, can parts from the olds 455 be put on the buick 455?????

umm, sure you can switch the whole engine, but the engines are completely different. Their aren't any interchangeable parts between the two. The Buicks motors are more common, weigh less and the car will be worth more with a buick motor.
