Okay i have gotten as far as removing the AC vents. but i need to remove the part that surrounds it. It says at

that i need to pry ac vents releasing one clip, well i can get the vents out but i cant get out the part that holds the vents in, that clip doesnt seem to come out at all. i have tried just about everything, has anyone found a way to do this?
please help.
