V8 headers installation

I am about to put my headers on my V8 s10

Ik that i have to take the bolt out of th steering shaft but other than that is it a Very hard install? i wanna do them myself

I am actually hung on the driverside headers also. My problem is the break lines are to close to the heat. Having to run them closer to the firewall. Other than that pretty easy.

i used heat wrap on the Lines and the headers themselves hoping to avoid running new lines

to tell u the truth i wouldn't even worry.. Ive ran mine for 2 years with manifolds.. and the headers won't get much closer than the manifolds.... let me know more bout ur progress... Thx...

You must have had a different type of header. My stearing shaft passes through it. There is no clearence to get it in with the brake lines in place. When I get them in the brake lines are up against. If it would stop raining on the weekends I might get it on.....
