Depending on the size of the mufflers being installed, a true dual system will fit. Don't know the year of your truck, but mine had dual in and a single out stock. I believe most OBS trucks were like that and NBS uses a single in/out. There again, depending on the size of the used muffler simply offset the mufflers. If you have the single in, add a y-pipe. But unless your using high flow cats and 3" pipe throughout the system, there isn't much benefit from running two mufflers. I put a 40 series Flowmaster on my truck, which involves the spare. The muffler(s) sit along the passenger side along the driveshaft. The tails are the only thing going to the back of the truck. But you can have them anywhere. Angled out the corners, out the sides or straight back. The pipe would have to be "custom" bent but it will avoid the spare. I have no problems with my spare and my tails are going straight out the back.
