Question Bolt pattern the same on a 2003 as a 2001?

My friend wants to put 17s on his Neon and I am helping him find a good deal. edgeracing.com was great deals on wheels and tire packages, but it doesn't list the Neon under 2001, but it lists it under 2003. The only reason I could think of why this is, is that they don't have packages for 2001s. But, don't the 2001s and 2003s have the same offset and bolt pattern? Are they both 5x100? Thanks.
