For some reason the blinker lights on my '95 Jimmy blink very slowly, although the battery seems to be fine. Is this a relay issue?

the flasher unit might be shot. do the hazards work?? do all the brake lights work?? try smacking the top of the steering column gm has a problem with the multifunction switch on these things.

Hazards and brake lights work fine. Where is the flasher unit located?

under the dash somewhere turn on the signal that works and follow the clicking sound.

I have the same problem on my 96 what could it be

same problem here. Had to take to a mechanic to fix. not flasher or relay.......

So what was the problem???
