if i lower my 97 eclipse only like 1'' or so would i need to get new struts or a camber kit to make a good lowering, (rough ride??, unnatural tire wear???) thanks

I would consider the camber kit because the only problems I have heard with lowering cars would be camber problems.

You can do the rear one for $15...
