I would like to black out the chrome trim around the windows. I have seen the kit for the grill but can't find one for the windor trim for a 1997 528.

This trim was offered as an extra on your car when new, it was part of a trim package 'Shadow Line' that replaced chrome with black, so it could well be available still from BMW direct.
