Hey folks! I just picked up a 2001 Dodge neon SE and Am loing to find out how I can boost the horsepower without big ass engine upgrades. (like intake & exaust upgrades) It's got a 1" drop on it already, but otherwise is pretty much stock. Oh, and 53K miles if thats important.
