anyone have any experience with the cd's that are always for sale on e-bay? they all claim to be very thorough and after buying twoseperate haynes and chilton manuals only to not have what i need i'm cautious.

Got one for my Lincoln TownCar from eBay and it's great.
One thing to note, it's an official Ford CD, exact copy of the Factory Service Manual.

Steven,

where did you buy yours? I was searching the web and could not find them on CD, oh and how much did you pay for it?

Thanks,

I'm interested in getting one for a 2003 Camry. I didn't find any mention of Toyota CD's that would be available before the Gen 5 manual. If anyone runs across one, please let me know. Thanks. Parmenides3

Like I said, mine was (and still is) available on eBay for $10. and it's an official Ford Shop Service Manual. I also have the book from Ford it's a 1500 page 15 pound edition. Their identical.

Toyota however dosn't seem to have one available and I don't have any experience with the aftermarket editions.

I have the actual Hayne's manual for my '99, although it would be really nice to have the actual factory repair manual for the car, hence the fact that Haynes and Chilton both neglect a few things that you might run into sooner or later during repairs.
