What size tires fit 94' SR without lifting?

I just bought a 94' Montero SR and was wondering what size tires I could fit on there without lifting it. It came stock with 31 x 10.50s and I wasn't sure if I would be able to fit 33 x 12.50s without a lift kit.

Re: What size tires fit 94' SR without lifting?

I have an LS, without the fender flares and I have 33, I cranked the tortion bars a little to fix a little rubbing, other than that, they rock. I would not consider anything less. You do lose seat of the pants power, though cause of the gearing change with bigger tires. You won't notice as much as I did since it had 31's. Do you have the factory rear locker? also, the 94 SR I think had the "factory lift" which all the 95 and up had, it is hard to describe, but you can see one of the body mounts from the rear fenders, the factory lift is evident there. Dont get excited, it is just an inch..
