Question low fuel pump relay voltage

92 1500 get code low fuel pump relay voltage, truck will not start. reset computer starts fine runs awhile then shuts down with same code.changed relay, fuel pump,rebuilt throttle body.lost for ideas???????????????

do you have a wiring diagram? I'd check maybe for poor connections at ECM terminal to the fuel pump circuit(which I think is Circuit 120) or an open in wires...maybe a faulty ECM?...
