How to completely manually flush transmission on 1995 Corolla DX

I hve a 1995 Corolla DX 1.8L engine w/automatic transmission and wud like to know how I could manually (w/o expensive equipment) completely flush my transmission w/o paying $150.00 for a dealer to do it if possible.
In the past all I hve been doing is to drop the pan, clean the residue off of the 2 magnets then remove and clean the filter and drain whatever oil I cud this way.It amounted to abt 4 qts.According to the svc manual,a DRY FILL is abt 8 qts.Which means that there is another 4 qts of dirty oil still remaining in the system.

Tnx in advance for any help/suggestions you guys can give me.

James
