high idle on 92 nissan sentra

My 92 sentra is running a high idle (1100 rpm, should be 650-800). It is multi-port fuel injected. The ECM doesn't register any malfunctions. The idle adjustment screw doesn't turn it down. Any suggestions on what it could be?

are you sure its not the screw?? that always happens to mine and i fix it with the screw...
