K8 MX-3 engine truble

My 96 MX-3 engine stutters. (Ex. when accelerating at a green light) Its also sputters will I first step on the gas pedal and low on power BIG TIME. Does any one have any suggestions to the problem? Changed Plugs, Wires, Cap and rotor.

could be couple of things but my first guess would be plug and wires
