1997 Grand Am 3.1L Heads

I have managed to mix up my cylinder heads while replacing the head gaskets. The heads are on and torqued down, all bolts line up including Altenator and Water pump. Are the heads exactly the same or do I have to strip it down again an swap them back? Please Help!
