Question Has anyone heard of CFM-Tech's High Flow GM Throttle Blades?

I have a 98 4.3 4dr s10 blazer with a "W" in the VIN and I recently replaced the catalytic converter and decided to go with a gibson exhaust (614500) while I was at it. I also had to replace the fuel injectors and regulator (stock AC Delco) since cylinders 1 and 4 were not fireing, and I just decided to replace all 6 injectors rather than have problems later on. I also went with the volant cool air intake with the box (15643). The next thing I was looking to do was put a throttle body spacer on and while I was looking for one online i stumbled upon CFM-Tech's High Flow GM Throttle Blade (http://www.cfm-tech.com/chevy-vortec.htm), as well as their ported throttle body. Would it be possible to use both the high flow blade and a TBS together? if so which TBS should I go with? and with the mods that I have done and plan to do would computer re-programing be recommended? if so which would be the best?
