Questions on how tough it is to swap out a front drivers seat from manual to electric on a 2000 Camry CE. Are the wiring and connectors already in place under the carpet or does everything have to be added?? Will the bolt patterns be the same on both seats and can it be done fairly easy?

I've heard lots of talk about people changing these out all the time. Most of the Gen 4's have the wiring harnesses already installed in the vehicle, underneath the carpet. All you really have to do is go and find a power seat for the same year and swap 'em. They will mount up perfectly, just the same way your old seat did. But word of warning, the power seats are extremely heavy.
