Driver's Ed CarKoojo 04-25-2001, 10:22 PM I had to drive this car when I took drivers ed, and this car just sucked in all aspects. GOD 04-25-2001, 11:00 PM oh its not as bad as what i drove a plymouth piece of $#@! everytime u tried to go straight it would go off to the left and it the steering wheel would always be crooked :D i think they stopped using them at my school b/c their were too damn old and their were the biggest pieces . Now we have a fix or repair daily ford taurus Heep 04-26-2001, 07:49 PM LOL God... Automatic Escorts do suck. So do really old ones. +91 and up are just Mazda Proteges, though, so they're not that bad. My Escort is better than the Tercel I took my driver's ed in....gutless as a guinea pig. I had to get a run for a big hill, even then it would slow down at least 10 MPH. My teacher told me to pass a person once (just so I could have some experience doing it...he knew I'd use it later :D:D:D) on the highway. I pulled out to pass and he told me to floor it. I did, but the other guy (in a Caprice) sped up slightly and I never got pass. Stupid car... Koojo 04-26-2001, 09:22 PM Well at least yours sped up! The new taurus that I drove took forever. I came to a redlight, and i knew that it takes about 30 seconds for it to turn red. So I had to press the gas pedal 10 seconds before the light turned green so by the time it did, I could move!!!! Hahahaha no im just kidding, but I wouldnt be surprised one bit if it was like that. Crystallas 06-17-2001, 12:44 AM I wouldnt drive this car if it were fast out of the box LOL... muahahahaha.. MUAHAHAHAHAHHAA Nobody looks smart for driving a car that is allready fast..only the car looks good for being fast. But if you make a slowass potential car fast.. Your a f'n genius :) best part is.. you dont need to be a genius to make this car turn heads. Judge 09-07-2002, 02:53 AM Originally posted by Heep LOL God... Automatic Escorts do suck.
