Hi , i am new to the forums so sorry if i mess anything up.

Just wanted to share with you guys this race i had today ,(I have a 90 Eclipse GS-Turbo FW) it was against it looked like about a 2002-2003 corvette , very nice. Crazy looking chick was driving it and when i pulled to light she was looking at my car , i was thinkin why is she looking at my car hers is 10 times more expensive than mine. Well when the light flipped she spun her tires a bit and took off a little , caught me by suprise i didnt think she would wanna race most people with corvettes drive like granny's. So i dropped it in 2nd and caught up real fast and she stuck her hand out the window and gave me a thumbs down :( The light turned red in front of us so we stopped and i knew it was on lol. When the light flipped i roasted my tires quite a bit , (gs-turbo fw) but she did too and we both got off close to the same time , i maybe got off alittle sooner , when i dropped in 2nd i started to pull away a bit , i was about a car length ahead and about the sh*t my pants for beating a vette , but once we hit 3rd she caught up and passed me (stuck her hand out window and waved bye :(
Once we got to about 95mph i was about 3/4 of a car length behind (by her gas tank) But hey ive only had the car a couple weeks , and i was happy with sticking that close to a corvette. So i am very happy with the performance of dsm so far.

P.S. ive already trashed a Alero, Yukon, and Beretta.

Post some of your good races guys i'd like to here about em.

Hey that race with the corvette sounds awesome. However, I wouldn't brag about beating an Alero, Yukon, or Beretta. lol We all know they are inferior

Good post. I like to see people that arent afraid to post a loss, but its still a good race. :) And you can keep her number if you have it, I think her attitude sucks :D I've got a thumbs down ready if I ever meet her at a light... :p

The day I wrecked my Laser, I has some idiot in a CLK230 (is that the 2-door sport coupe) did that to me on the highway...before he could put it back on the wheel I had 3 car lengths on him. :iceslolan

I've had some good races but I have lost a couple. The most embarassing was when I was going about 140 on the highway. A lexus creeped up from behind me and passed me at about 160 to 170. He did it so quick it looked like my car was sittting still.:eek:
