Question O2 sensor location

Does anyone know the location of this faulty Oxygen sensor on a 1996 C4? My Chilton manual is somewhat vague. Will replacing it be the solution?

P0160 O2 Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2, Sensor 2)
P0161 O2 Heater Circuit (Bank 2, Sensor 2)

Also got this error code.

P0100 Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit

Are they all related?

The car seems to run fine.

Thanks,
Jon

Re: O2 sensor location

It's the second one back on the passenger side. After you replace the 02, clear the codes and drive it after replacement and then we'll see what codes come up.

I'd like to post a diagram for you if you are doing this yourself? Let me know and I will post it.
