JDM B16A Civic vs JDM H22A Prelude

A friend of mine sold his old prelude to buy a '95 h22 vtec prelude basically so that I won't have a faster car than him when it gets here from Japan. So im askin with the prelude body being so heavy and mine being so light will he absoloutely be able to beat me or is it a toss-up kinda thing.

I'd say it'd be pretty close, probably come down to who was the better driver.
