Do you need to replace this Fuel Filter, where is it ? Can you show me how to do it ?

its in gas tank and its nothing but very fine wire mash. because of that that filter doesn't require replacement, unless you know all your fuel lines and fuel pump are ok, but fuel pressure is still too low.
