call me crazy, but I was looking to kinda fix up my 98 Escort once I get these problems taken care of w/ possible carbon build up and the fuel filter and the pinging and whatnot. I've been trying to find a good cold air intake system for it...I may have to build a custom one for it, but would like to avoid doing so if I could, since right now I don't have the time. Did it w/ my old Z24. Any performance plugs and wires I should look for that would work best w/ the 2.0 SOHC? 110HP just isn't enough. Right now I have a K&N air filter. I plan on getting a decent exhaust for it as well as some decent rims. No, no body kits or anything of the kind on this car, lol, not worth it, just wanna give it a little juice. Everytime I do a search, it comes up with crap for a the Neon's 2.0 SOHC engine now if push comes to shove...I COULD drop in the ZX2 motor, get a manual tranny and make it a sleeper...but I REALLY don't think it's worth doing, heh
