How do I change the catalytic converter and the Oxygen sensor on a 1996 model 4 cylinder camry le?

The catalytic converter is part of the exhaust system under the car,looks a little like a muffler-the oxygen sensors are screwed into the exhaust system.after looking at these parts disassembly is fairly straightforward.
