I'm getting valve noise and the technician tells me its 'normal.' If it's normal, why haven't I heard it all along? I didn't hear it when it was new. Any ideas???

Less than 16K. I've had it looked at by two Toyota dealers and they both tell me that it's normal because of the plastic they're using in the injectors - it radiates the noise toward the cabin. There have been so many complaints about it, though, that Toyota is asking the dealers to document all the complaints. The technicians think if they get enough complaints, Toyota may start reusing metal.
