I was just wondering... If I buy say a 68 chevell and use an aftermarket frame (That looks nothing like the stock unit) and I use a fiberglass body that looks nothing like the stock body, in fact lets say I have now built my own super car... Can I still retain the tittle to the car as a 68 chevell or is it now considered a kit car?
