Question 1996 Grand Caravan se help?

I have a 96 g. Caravan 3.3L, here is a list of my problem and I hope that someone can help me out. One very cold day about 3 weeks ago, I jumped start the car because my fan had stayed on and drained the Battery. My engine light used to be on but after I disconnected the Ng, it was gone. But nowmy RADIO won't turn on, my power door and inside light won't turn on unless unless the ignition is on. Thus, my fan well I am not too sure if it is working because I have never heard went on and never been overheat either. I took it to place and they said it is the Radiator control and radiator relays? Can someone helped me out here? Oh, it also has about 158k on it. Please help me out? Can you tell me where to locate the Radiator relays?

Frantzy, Radiator relay is on bottom, passenger side of the radiator. small piece about 2 inches square, I've replaced this twice in 150,000 miles on my 96 caravan. I think it costs about $65
