late 80's audi quattros

ive heard a lot about these cars from some friends of mine, are they good cars? would they be worth buying one? how much would one cost?

They are good cars for the most part, a little on the expensive side for repairs, they have good suspension stock, coilovers, stabalizer bar in the front independant suspension in the back, anti role bars,130hp/140lbs
