Hi I wanted to add Turbo to my 99' honda civic si. It is going to be daily driven. And my goals are to push. 8 psi and every once boost it to 10-12 psi. I dont belive my comp ratio will let me run that. What kind of pistons would you guys recomend. also will a thicker gasket will help? I am just getting set up. I want to get a custom turbo. I am thinking on putting a T3 super 60. Do you guys recommed something better? I would appreciate your guy's help.

First of all, I have no idea what a b164a2 is.... but ANYWAYS.

Your compression ratio on a b16a2 will let you run 8 psi daily driven no problem as long as you have a good a/f ratio. Buy a Hondata and get it tuned and you should have no problem at all(as long as you get all the other fuel delivery parts needed with your kit) And yes you could still run your turbo at 10-12psi at the track or whatever as long as you don't push it any higher or push it that high a lot.

About which turbo to buy... I dunno much about the t3 Super 60, but from my knowledge, I would reccomend a t3/t4 turbo. It has a good spool time and if you decide you build your engine more, it can hold up to 500+hp.
