15 F... cold weather can make cars not start?

This morning.... i went to start my car... and it started with this very very weriod noise coming from the engine..... so i turned it off....and i tryed to turn it back on and it just didnt want to start..... ????????
my battery is fine..... alt.......... is fine... fuses are fine.... i had a big oil leak....recently.... and had to replace my head gasket..sooooooo. what can be the problem/?......power everything works fine...... my Amp and 12"s work.... i can heard music..... but my CAR WILL NOT START>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> damn neons....
ANy thoughts telll...

yeah, my neon does that too, its ok tho, its just a valve in the airconditioning unit, nothing to worry about

well except for the fact that it wont start, cant help ya with that

Hey just wanted to say if you have put the platnum 4 spark plugs in they dont fire when its really cold out. My friends had them in there chevys and they both couldnt start their cars in the mourning.
