98 S10 fuel pump does not come on, changed fuel pump assembly but did not help, also switched the fuel pump relay out....not getting any voltage to the pump.....
if you jump the relay do you get power then? also, do you get power to the relay? if yes, then it could be a busted wire between it and the pump....if no then it could be your computer not sending a signal to your relay...when testing remember that when you turn the key on you only have power for about 3 or 4 seconds, so have someone key the ignition for you when your testing.
