The Incon kit is much cheaper then you may think.
If I were you, I'd go with an automatic, it's cheaper to "build" it and will net you much better track times, especially with the turbo.
Here's the things you can address and what you'll need for it to hold up under the extra turbo power:
Transmission: Buy an FLP Level 4 4L60E Transmission with a Yank ST3500 stall.
Cost: Approx $2100 (installed)
Rear End: Buy a GM 12-Bolt with 3.73 gears
Cost: Approx $2400 (installed)
In order to net the best times, you'll also want to look into:
BMR Subframe connectors
Cost: $170 (installed)
16x8 Rims with M/T ET Streets
Cost: $600
HAL Front Shocks/Springs
Cost: $500
