'95 Thunderbird-a good buy?

A few weeks ago, I came upon a 95 Ford Thunderbird with a 4.6L V8 engine. This car is really clean, there are no visible body defects, other than a poor buffing job which can be fixed. The interior on this car is perfect, with no dirt, stains, or anything. The dash is in perfect condition, having no scratches or cracks. They just put on new tires and put in a new battery, and it has around 104k miles on it. The previous t-birds that I had looked at were around the price range of $1500-$2800, but none were in nearly as good of shape as this car is. I bought it for $3200, maybe a little overpriced, but a very good car. What do you think?
