Question a few questions

I have a 96 Aurora...and i have a few questions....

First of all...The heated seat on my drivers side doesnt work...it actually stoped working today. The light comes on but there is no heat.

Second of all...the Fog lights dont work...again the light comes on saying they are on but they dont come on.

Third...Sometimes the power windows dont work. The only way I can controll them is from the drivers side door. The individual ones wont work at times.

I would appreciate any advice on how to fix any of these things.

Re: a few questions

Check all fuses first. Don't know if the heating element in the seat can be replaced or not, might call dealer parts on that one. The fog lights have two or three fuses. If they check out, the bulbs are probably burned out, especially if they got wet. Remove the forward splash guard and access the bulb sockets from behind the air dam. Door controls have failed on many cars due to wires rubbing through the insulation or working loose at the connections. Requires door panel removal. Unscrew fasteners along bottom of panel, then the one behind the door handle(pop off the little plastic cover)and carefully lift up, then away.
