a cam and heads
I would like to know what the best cam and the best head are for the 97 4.3 vortec and maybe where to find them I know McCoy has a really nice set of vortec heads but who makes the best cam

throttle body work by myself
and a bunch of little stuff
5 grand in parts for the engine total
and 6 sets of tires in the last 2 years
