Z32 TT motor swap into my Z31

Can I drop a 90+ Twin Turbo motor into my naturally aspirated 1986 300zx and have it work......do I need a tranny swap????? new motor mounts?????? what do I have to do for some extra power in that old bad boy. Its not my daily driver......but its a car that would be fun to drive around raping V8's and m3's with =)
