84 F150 1v Idle Speed Adjustment

Just finished installing a gasket kit into my F150s 1V Carter YFA carb and am attempting to adjust the idle speed according to the factory shop manual. It says to use an allen wrench on the ISC motor (solenoid?) but I can't find any point of adjustment on the solenoid itself. The solenoid is held solidly to a bracket with 3 screws. Do they mean for one to adjust on the stop bolt that the solenoid plunger makes contact with? Any help would be appreciated.
