Has anyone had a chance to see these in person? I thought they were a weak attempt at a "Sport" package for the G when I saw them on the net. Yesterday, after buying new tires, I went to my dealer to compare tire size and I saw the new wheels on a great looking blue G20. Anyway, I was curious if anyone knew a price for these wheels with the Potenzas and, if not, what your idea of a price ceiling would be for these. I myself wouldn't bother with them if they are more than 1k, but if there's an easy way to get them then I'm down for it. Also, is it reasonable to rid myself of my 15" wheels through Ebay or something similar? The wheels aren't in the best condition and I'm sure I can't fetch much, but I won't need them if I'm buying new OEM wheels. Thanks for any input on either question.

Well I recently stopped by the Infiniti dealer near to me (the only one in this town actually) and asked them about this. I usually don't like to bother with them since they give me crazy prices on everything (I vowed to stop trying with them when I was quoted over $700 to get fog lamps and have them installed...and my car is already wired for them too). Well, today there was some new kid that didn't seem to be too older than me and he did show me the screen. Each wheel is $342. That price is without the Potenzas. I couldn't believe it, but I did see the screen myself. There's much better and larger wheels for less money out there. If anyone does happen to find these for less I'd still like to hear about it. Thanks.

HAHAHAHAHAHA, oh damn that's too funny. I looks like Infiniti doesn't ever want to sell these wheels...so what do they do? Make them cost WAY more than any sane person would pay for them. For $350 a wheel I could get my 17" Racing Hart CP-035's..... <drool>

Factory rims are always expensive, any factory. Buy the up side is factory rims are usually light weight. Did you ever take off the stock 15 "? It is damn light even with tire on. And I am sure factory rims are good quality and back by some sort of warrenty. I heard about someone got a set of brand new Konig installed, and one of them cracked when he hitted the first bump.

Not to brag, but....

I got em off ebay! Okay, so I am bragging, but it isn't so sweet because when I went to mount them, they didn't fit. The rears were rubbing against the spring perch on my AGXs so I ordered up a set of Ground Controls so I can cut the perchs off. Of course, now I can't afford labor so I am going to monkey my way through it. Keep an eye on the forum, there will probably be a set of wheels for sale next month after I crash and burn my car because of an improperly installed suspension and brake pads. Headline will be:

FS: Slightly scorched set of Sport Package wheels and miscellaneous P10 parts ;-)

I put the 99 stock rims on my P10 and had the same problem w/ the rubbing. i put 1/4" wheel spavers in and it rubbed just a little. Then I just wore that bit down til it didn't rub. The other problem was when i had too much backwait in the car and hit any kind of bump the tires would hit the top of the wheel well. I got new dunlop tires and just got a little bit lower profile. Visually you can't even notice the difference, but all problems have been solved.

Whoever buys those factory sport rims for 345 a wheel is a nut. You could easily find some rims similar and bigger for half that price. They look tight but with the price they are letting them go for is absurd. Now they don't look so good to me.

Which ones?

I would never have payed $345 each for the wheels. Thank goodness for Ebay where I could get the wheels with tires (I know the Potenzas aren't the best tires) for a little more than I would pay for tires with mounting and shipping.

I have been casually searching for similar rims for a while now. I was looking for something which was subtle like the Sport Package wheels. I have seen much "cooler" rims, but haven't seen anything which I liked as much as the OEM rims. They have those wide square spokes which will cover my rusty calipers and not attract too much attention while looking pretty good at the same time.

What size tire do you have? I have 205/55 15 and the front passenger tire seems to rub a lot. The rear tires seems to have no problems whatsoever. Maybe I just need new shocks and struts, I dunno.

Maybe the rims are somehow CURSED. You haven't heard about the sport wheel curse of Infiniti? j/k
