BMW X5 Navigation System

Does anybody know how to use the intergratted telephone on the BMW X5 Navigation System? I have heard mixed ideas on how you should set this up. Any ideas would be great!

Thanks in advance.

I too would like to know what the deal is with the phone and the nav, also the Satelite radio. According to my dealer, they cannot get the phone to work in conjunction with the BMW ASSIST/SOS. Combine that with the NAV and the satelite, and they are totaly confused. I dont get it.
