Rodeo Tire Sizes??

I have a 1994 Rodeo LS, 4X4, stock. I'm trying to find out if I can fit 265/75/16 tires on it or not. I've searched this and other forums and get few results with different answers. Some say I can, some say I can't.

Can someone tell me definitely whether these will fit on a stock 94 rodeo or not? If not, what is the biggest I can fit?

I do moderate off-roading, nothing too extreme, just want to get the biggest and tallest tires on it without causing any problems.

I have a 97 rodeo. I swaped my dads 265/75's on mine and they looked like they would rub. I talked to a isuzu service manager that said you could run 31x10.50's with no problems. He said you may half to crank up the front torsion bars if you do.

Well, I put 265/70/16 on it. They look good, little bigger tire than stock, fill up the wheel wells nicely. At the tire dealer, I rolled 265/75/16s up next to it and one look told me they would rub at stock height. They REALLY filled up the wheel wells. I suppose the bigger ones would fit IF you got the front end up another inch or so higher - but I didn't want to mess with it or have any rubbing problems.

im not sure how different the wheel well sizes are but i have 31`s on my 92 without a lift and they dont rub on anything at all..they are firestone M/T`s

have you taken your truck off road? some times if you approach a steep hill at an angle it will make your tires rub if they are too big.

you need to put heavy duty shocks on and you shouldnt have any problems..i have taken it to the worst spots i could find and the only thing that was rubbing on anything were my skid plates and nerf bars...which i decided to remove for a little more clearance..but the shocks seemed to make all the difference

i am running 31 inch goodyear wranglers on my stock rodeo with no suspension modifications at all and dont have a problem with rubbing when off-roading. Any bigger and you might have a problem.
