questions!bone stock 01-09-2004, 06:34 PM i just bought a '99 Blazer LS, i was wondering about any good sites that i can get a/an: Throttle body spacer Intake sys. Exaust sys. - i was wondering about a body kit, does anyone know if one from an s-10 would fit on my blazer (maybe atleast the bumper)? - could someone explain to me the diffrence between getting springs, blocks, and the whole kit to lower my blazer. + IF i just bought blocks for the rear and let out that screw in the front bc its 4wd (i didn't think you could lower the front with anything else) what size blocks should i get to make it look even. ````` I am getting the black door handles painted white to match the rest of the truck...if you have never seen that, it looks good. modification_inc 01-09-2004, 06:53 PM Check Out Ebay. You May Find Something There. bone stock 01-10-2004, 12:59 PM thanks, but i only found APC stuff there. madmalibu 01-10-2004, 03:19 PM Go to summitracing.com, they have the spacer and exhaust, I don't know about a lowering kit for a 4x4 though, it defies the whole purpose of having 4 wheel drive in the first place. bone stock 01-11-2004, 10:18 AM why? it will still be able to go into 4wd...i just wont be doing any rock crawling. pawn 01-11-2004, 12:36 PM Take your blazer to a muffler shop and have them remove the muffler, then after the main exhaust pipe goes over the axle have the Y it and you will have duels out the back. Yeah, you have to have the spare tire removed doing it, but there are not very many Blazers around like that and a 4.3 sounds awsome with no muffler. Very loud.. pawn 01-11-2004, 12:37 PM do not lower a 4wd. just like he said...it destroys the purpose bone stock 01-11-2004, 08:25 PM whats the purpose? bone stock 01-11-2004, 08:29 PM does anyone agree with me that a blazer dropped the the ground looks really good??? ofcmlong 01-11-2004, 09:46 PM Dropping a blazer would just make it like a car with 4wd. I personally wouldn't do it but I don't see what the gib deal is if Bone Stock wants to. pawn 01-11-2004, 10:54 PM yeah, lowered blazers look awsome. bone stock 01-11-2004, 11:34 PM thank you! i like the idea about the straight pipes. i was wondering if my blazer and an s 10 are the same thing....like coudl i put the same body kits on and are the engins the same, could i put performnce parts from an s 10 on the blaze pawn 01-11-2004, 11:36 PM yeah as long as the S-10 has a 4.3 ;) How low are you looking to drop your blazer? i seen 3in in back and 2in in front before and looked sweet. bone stock 01-11-2004, 11:39 PM about that hieght, but its a 4wd and everyone says you can't drop the front end, other than un screwing some bolt...which one i have no idea..maybe i should just unscrew them all... pawn 01-11-2004, 11:41 PM hrmmm, have you checked out www.blazinlow.com? there are people on that forum that have lowered 4wd blazers. They are pretty nice and i'm sure they will help out. bone stock 01-11-2004, 11:47 PM sweet. thanks pawn 01-12-2004, 10:51 PM your welcome :) Automotive Network, Inc., Copyright ©2012
